sad to hear

that you're closing shop. i wish you well on your future endeavors.

literally, you're selling everything, including the kitchen sink!

:(So sorry to see another pool establishment closing. What time will the auction start on Saturday and will there be a preview period prior to bidding starting??

Im interested in a few small items, is there any way I can have them shipped? Of course I will pay the shipping costs as well.

for the computer illiterate:

go to the bottom right area of the link and the page states it is
page 8 of 8. If I have to explain it any further, you should not be
allowed to bid.

i agree and for those that dont see it at the bottom ... its also in to top right corner

Good luck with the auction. It sucks to see a place like that close. A lot of work went into that room.
I've played there as well. I wondered to Mark how they managed without a liquor license. It's hard enough to keep a room open with liquor sales. In this economy, it would seem impossible without that kind of additional revenue.

I wondered also. I kept looking for alcohol related items in the auction. Of course, I have no idea why they're closing, but in looking at the room it appears to be first class in every area. You find yourself thinking 'if that place can't survive, the pool, food, and cue sales business model is no good anymore'.

Any have any idea how much it would cost to have one of those tables delivered 595 miles away?

I'm not sure how much it would cost. I have heard of people getting great rates on pool table moving in the past using U-Ship but I have to guess that method sounds like it may be more trouble than it's worth.
