Tony, it sure sounds like you are homesick. I have to admit the food is like no other place in the world that I have been to.
It's not just the fresh seafood either.
If you pass by Metairie, visit Buffalo Billiards on Airline Drive (no longer Airline Highway) and say hello. That's where I hang out most of the time.

Will definately do Joey. My goal is to eventually move back to New Orleans, Metairie or Kenner.

I also heard that they fixed and cleaned up Airline Hwy that you hardly see any vagrants around there or even working ladies

Airline and Severn, close to Causeway Blvd. They moved there from Chalmette, LA after Hurricane Katrina wiped them out.

First of all I would like to apologize to all of my friends from Louisiana for the rude interruption that we had in my thread.

the one that comes to my mind the most is the one about importing Russian cases into the USA without a license??? something's not right here, looks like Benfica hit a raw nerve or something.....Tony we have to talk, lol, lol, lol.
But here's the deal Dale: How about me and you play pool for a little money? we can play 8 ball or nine ball say a race to 9 or 11 for $1000 a set and lock it up at $3000? or we can play 1 pocket
say a race to 5 for $3000.....(been playing this game quite a bit lately and I must say it is a lot of fun)
And I'll tell you what since you are so a nice and hospitable guy I'll be willing to travel where you reside, just name the place and date.
