Since I screwed up my neck in May, 3 herniated discs, I could not take the twelve year old 9 foot Diamond light down from the ceiling to work on it, can't do any lifting above my shoulders. I found a suggestion online that if I wanted to walk on the table I would have to put down a blanket, and then something to distribute the weight like a 3/4" sheet of plywood. I have no plywood and it's like a million dollars a sheet now, thought about putting a ladder on each side of table and running a plank between them, but I didn't have any lumber long enough and it would not have been that comfortable .. sooooo I put down a thick blanket and two twin size mattresses. one on top of the other. Just the right height to lie on my back, remove the ballasts from the two double 8 foot fixtures, and then rewire, with even a little nap between fixtures. The LEDs look great, really made a difference. My wife just shakes her head with some of the stuff I come up with
