Pool on ESPN yesterday

I didn't even know it was to be playing. After I mowed my lawn I was stopping around at a couple of pool halls looking for a game and strolled into the place downtown about 10 minutes before the match started and plopped down at the bar right next to who else but Shane Van Boening. It was cool getting his thoughts on the match, like when the commentator said, "I can't imagine what shane is thinking right now." Well, we got to find out, first hand. Very cool. After the show, Shane got on a table and let everyone in the bar challenge him for fun. It was an honor and a helluva way to spend a sunday afternoon. Thanks, shane.

Dang man, sounds great, what pool hall was it?

If you have a DVR, do like I do. I have it set to record all instances of Billiards; Billar; and Pool on channels ESPN, ESPN Classic, FSNY, Versus (or whatever the hell that channel is called). That way, my DVR will record anything pool related, any day, at any time. I don't miss anything and I'll erase what I've already seen or what I don't care to watch.

They had like four hours of pool on yesterday, pretty cool. WOW, I didnt know SVB went down like that, but a great player still...

At least ESPN is on target with their programming, I swear Fox Sports has pool in their schedule, and everytime I check when its "suppose" to be on, I get a different program..
