Pool Player Podcast............... WPA

I've been reading up on European governance styles.
It is from the LOC New York, C. Scribner, 1859.

The traditional style of governance outside of the US is described.

Jobs are for life. The article is about German governing style for appointing positions.

It clearly states appointed position allow for putting personal interests above professional interests.
The work is title "Peasant life in Germany"

It is doubtful Americans will understand the choices non-Americans make to live. Or how their government structures are designed.

You thinking about moving over there?

IHPA International Heyball Constitution has a lot of powers:

IHPA is global governing body, organizes amateur and pro conditions worldwide, commercialize it and develop the sport.

IHPA is sole body that creates and determines rules.

The IHPA has the strongest language in terms of controlling the sport, as opposed to governing the sport.

The WPA allows IHPA language, it seems like Matchroom has a case for nineball rights.

If WPA gave IHPA so many rights to control Heyball, then why can't Matchroom have nineball?

5.17 Says IHPA will resolve any disputes with Voting members.

In the WPA drama its best to look at their newest sport. The Heyball documents. Inside you can clearly see a concession by the WPA to surrender all authority of Heyball.

Why the WPA does not do that for their former long term Matchroom is a suspicion?
