I thought I would share my 14.1 and 9 Ball-Ghost Practice Sheets in case anyone is interested in using them in their practice. Just Change the numbers to reflect your scores and the High Runs, Averages and Charts will update.
The trend line on the graphs will give you an idea of whether you're getting better or worse. :)
I hope some of you find it helpful in logging your practice sessions.

You can download the spreadsheets here:

Thanks,

Thanks Rufus! I will check these out. I tracked on a sheet for about a year using the 9 ball ghost 10 point per rack system as described by dr. dave. Set up a sheet to calculate averages etc. Very helpful. I see how this can definitely help.

For 14.1 - are you playing wide open in practice - no safeties? OR how do you calculate that?

THanks! Rob

Rob, in my practice I start each inning by setting up a break ball and making the break shot recording the number of balls i make on each attempt/inning.

There are many ways you could modify the spreadsheet.

10 Ball Ghost Rating Sheet and charts

Wanted to bump this thread up from Rufus. I really like his 14.1 sheet in this thread, so I took the initiative of creating a 10-ball Ghost sheet. This is based on Joe Tucker's rating as I found on Dr. Dave's site.

Take a look and let me know what ya think. I for one find that using tools like these are an excellent way to track progress.
