I am a new user to this forum so please bare with me. Pool Hall for sale. Great opportunity for someone. 4,800 Sq ft pool hall business for sale. All equipment included (12 tables and 40+ pool sticks) as well as miscellaneous other pool equipment. The equipment alone is worth $20,000. The rent is only $975 a month, with a 5 year extension possible with negotiable terms, but not more than 105% of the previous year. Presently, this is a place for kids to come and play pool or video games, but could be turned into a sports bar, or other business. Just kidding realking. I was wondering how often you get to Diamond in Jeffersonville or near that area?

Thank you for your interest. The tables in the the pool hall are as follows. 12 tables total, of which 1 is a snooker table. 1 is a 7 foot bar box, the rest are 9 foot tables. 2 Diamond tables, 3 Brunswick Gold Crowns, 1 Gandy. The 4 remaining are Nationals I believe. I'm posting this add for a friend who is a high ranking official in the armed services and not able to be there at this point. The co-owner however is there and will be happy to give you further details as to equipment etc. Please contact Mr. Dean Harper if you are interested further in the establishment.
