The article quotes the owner as saying he wasn’t open for business.
So if he was legitimately hitting balls with a buddy, not open to the public, and not charging the buddy, was he really breaking any recent policies? Would that be the same as inviting a buddy to your living room for a game of 9 ball?
Sounds a little extreme to me. Our pool room and grill is currently closed and we close down for takeout orders at 8 PM. After we close, if I choose to play pool by myself or with another player, what’s the big deal?
