you can try at Buffalo Billiards in Petaluma, ca. I think I saw on thier web site stuff about pool school.
 
Contact Tom Seymour at http://beginnersmindpool.com. He is a PBIA certified advanced instructor, a master level BCAPL player, and a member of the SPF family of instructors. He teaches out of Family Billiards, in San Francisco (among other rooms in the region), but will come to your home as well. I've taught with Tom many times, and I highly recommend him.

I charge $50/hour for single hours with discounts for multiple hours taken together. A group course (no more than 4 students/instructor) is $75. I usually teach out of California Billiard Club in Mountain View but am willing to travel, depending.
