i gave up after a month, 4 emails, 3 phone messages left on their answer machine and still no communications. i do not know how anyone can run a business with NO customer service. i am just going to let the credit card co resolve this matter. i'm done.

I'm not sure the billiardclub.net is still operating.
If you go to their web site, they still show the U.S. Open as one of their events yet they have not been involved in the Open for the past two years.
Also, if you go into their news items, the most recent news item shown is from 09/2010.

i placed an order with pooltablecleaner.com at their website i found with a search for chalk-off. i received a partial order with a receipt from the ' billiard club network, in st louis mo '. if they are out of business why did i receive a partial order?

In your original post, you didn't mention getting a partial order.
If you look back, I said I'm not sure if they are operating and I pointed out my observations.
As you said before, let your credit card company take care of it.
