I'm sure not many will remember this thread, but I had a little problem with my cuetec coverted break cue. Leonard's reply was "I"ll fix it for a freind".

Now truth be told, I didn't know Leonard that well. I had met him a few times and always made a point to say hello when he was refereeing our local cities. If not for this site I would not have known him at all.

True to his word he fixed it. Wouldn't take a dime either. I don't know much about "collar" repair, but this took a while to fix. Lots of measuring, lathe work ect. He nailed it. Its perfect and back to breaking a ton.

So I wanted to say thanks. (Thanks Leonard...very cool of you).

Now, before all of you fine people consider me a cheap ass I did leave him some additional work which I will indeed pay him for....and before all was said and done my buddy, who rode up with me, commisioned an entire cue to spec. Gonna be a sweet sneaky I'm sure. ( he's school girl giddy Leonard lol )

I also played in his tourny at badfish in Mattews NC. Best format for a tourny I have ever played in...not sure if its unique to Leonard, but I liked the style...sort of a rotating round robin type thing.

So, if in Charlotte area....hit this man up for cue work. He does nice work.
And try his tourny at Badfish.Great tourny run by a good guy.

Thank you again Leonard. Hit me up via pm when either or both cues are ready.
Take care bud,
Ken

gotta like Leonard

He does not just seem nice or do things to make Leonard look good, Leonard is the real deal .Loves the sport and is a true "carolina gentleman" .When I was busting my chops live streaming Leonard really helped me out and bought a cue from me at a Viking Cue event. I liked Leonard from the start and he has done nothing but prove me right since that day.
