First off, I would like to thank everyone who is supporting the AZ US Open player. I want you all to know that we are supporting pool in general, the US Open Tournament, AZ Billiards forum and all the hard work Mike has been doing, and a deserving player who needs a little help. People are always asking “What can we do to help change pools image?”, I think this is a step in the right direction, maybe a small step, but a step none the less.

......to take matters into their own hands and run with it. You've done more than your fair share with this U.S. Open idea and you've turned it into reality. Whoever wins this vote owes it all to you for making it happen, because without you, it stays on the back-burner with all of the rest of the good ideas that never panned out. Kudos to you Mr. Purdy, and everyone else here on azbilliards.

If anyone says pool has a bad image we should beat them up, steal their alcohol and get drunk for a few days;-)
