pooltablecleaner.com anyone have problems?

i thought i would give chalk off a try and at pooltablecleaner.com. as pictured on their website 2 cans of cleaner a brush, and a micro wipe, $54.95 they only sent me part of the order, they left out the brush, now they will not answer emails. what the hell is going on in this world, i believe in the future we are going to have to get an attorney to go over every order we place on line.
i know its just a brush, but where is customer service these days?

Have you called Rob at BCN to ask him, or just emails.

i do not know rob, and do not have the phone #, but i sent an email last week and another yesterday, still no answers.

i have sent 3 more emails and no reply. i would suggest anyone thinking about buying anything from 'pooltablecleaner.com ' look someplace different just in case you need customer service.
 
Hopefully you've paid by Credit Card. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. Perhaps you'll get your money back or some action from pooltablecleaners. Good luck in your quest for justice.
