I'm not sure if I'll let go this cue. But if the price is right I'll think about it.

It's a Joss Custom with the gold letters on the collars. I got the cue used and let it refinsh from Eurowest in Germany. Andi did a great work on it. It's like new and only got some test hits after the refinish. The cue has 2 original shafts and the logo from each shaft will match the butt-logo if it's screwed together. The weight of the butt is 14.01oz (402gr), both shafts are 13,3mm with 3.86oz (111gr) and two new Moori M. The wrap is black/white irish linen.

Let me know what this cue is worth for you. Please only reasonable offers!!!

joss east

That Joss East you have, is in the 3rd ed. blue book of cue page 398 , level 4 J-15, for a 98% original condition listed for 1,025.00:). Does shaft logo Joss line up when the cue put together?:D if both shaft does that means you have 2 original shafts also:D. very nice looking cue. Good luck with you sale.

That's a very nice looking older Joss cue. The weight for the butt seems light to me at 14.01 oz, but I guess it doesn't have a weight bolt in it. It would help if you would give a ballpark price that you want for the cue.

there was one that sold on the forum not too long ago.. except the inlay in the butt sleeve was green and in the points it was green..

i believe it sold somewhere in the 600 to 750 range... and it was mint condition with 2 shafts also..

the biggest problem with your sale that might turn off buyers is that your outside the usa.. but there are also alot of people who dont mind dealing outside the country so you might just do pretty good..

good luck with your sale..

I had one

I had one which I sold on AZB for $750 a few months ago. These are very nice cues and they play super. Nice looking cue you have there.

no J-15

Thanks for the kind words guys. I own the 3rd BB and it's not a J-15. I asked Dan Janes to identify the cue. He told me it's a variation from the J-15 and he made about 25 of this one. If you look at the inlays in the points they're different to the J-15.
For the lightweight I let make the weightbolt off at the refinish. First I'd like to play with it. But I decided to store this beauty. The two shafts matches perfect with the butt-collar and they're original.
To get a price for this cue is hard. Because I searched long for a cue like this and I think it's worth a little bid more than the $750.

Before I forgot. Best thanks to Joe for the deal on the Petree J/B. I'll post my opinions soon.

I think you are good to put that cue away for a little longer. These old Joss cues are awesome cues and they play super. I think we are in a little bit of a soft cue market right now, but things will swing around. Then , I think these old Joss cues will be worth a lot more. I agree that your cue is a little different than a J-15. It should be worth more than my cue was.

And thanks to you for the J/B purchase. I hope it is serving you well. It is always a pleasure.
