Corteza breaks and makes a ball with open shot on the one. But looked liked he rushed it and didn't use the bridge on a long stretch. Missed.

Dry break. Corteza can see the one. But he'll have to bank it. Uses all of the pocked but it drops. Mika shaking his head. Table is open. Gets a little out of line on the 7 but works it out.

9-8 Corteza
 
Corteza breaks and makes a ball. But CB on the short rail. Long shot on the one. Plays safe. Mika kicks, leaves one open. Corteza plays safe. Mika kicks. One and the table is now open. Corteza runs out.

I'm not a fan of Mika's pouting either, but you have to admit he's a great player and one fierce competitor.
 
Dry break. No clear shot on the one for Corteza. He pushes. Mika passes it back. Corteza leaves the one open. Mika plays a safe and comes close to a disaster scratch. Corteza kicks. Mika tried a safe. Corteza makes a 1-8 combo. Corteza on the two. Tough to get to the three. Hooks himself.
 
What is the schedule for tom? I will be off for svb vs alex and hopefully the final. Just trying to plan around it before bed...

They don't know the schedule for the 10-ball because the final four players (SVB v. Alex, Ignacio v. LVC) will also be playing in the one-pocket tournament.
 
i wonder what it would look like if 5 strong taiwanese players participated in DCC
