I need someone I can send a ?Counterfeit Bludworth SP to for verification. Finally got ripped off on fleabay! Will also need a written statement of proof to file case. Really need some help on this one!

Thanks,
Mark T

Thanks for the responses Im having problems uploading pics on the site, but one of the posters bellow Macguy shows the eBay link for the cue in ? I was informed by another eBay member after the auction closed that he questioned the seller about discrepancies he noticed about the cue in the pics & was brushed off by the seller. When I received it I noticed major differences from the 1 I already own like the pin was 5/16 instead of 3/8 the shaft has a metal insert in it, & the red dot was in the wood instead of the butt cap & was flush instead of protruding. I have no idea how to contact the Bludworths to send it to them is the reason I was asking for help on this forum. To some people this seems trivial & unimportant but for me it's not about the $ it's about principle & I would think as a cue builder which I'm not wouldn't be too happy about somebody knocking off there product. So without some sort of proof I don't have a leg to stand on in making this person accountable for his actions. Thanks again to all who responded.

What size and thread is the pin? I don't think anyone would go through the trouble of counterfeiting that pin just to sell a few sneaky's. A few pics would help.

:scratchhead:

You need a written statement to file for proof? Is this something new?

What is fleabay?

Its hard to see the pin in those pics but the 1 1/4" ferrule seems suspect to me.

Blud

Don't think you can prove it either way.
There are Blud Blud's. Donald Blud's. and Mike Long Blud's.
Blud didn't alway use the 11? pin.
Blud used a lot of spaulding melamine for ferrules, but he could have
used others. He did some press fit .250 tenon ferrules for a while.
Let's put this into perspective, it's not like you dropped 15,000 on a Gus
and now it's suspect.

Blud, weather in be Donald Mike or Leonard always used the same pin. You can contact Donald at donaldbludworth@yahoo.com. He will be able to tell you for sure. From everything I can see, this is not a real blud. If you want Donald's number pm me and I will give it to you

Leonard ID'ed a cue for me a couple of months ago, I used the poolcues AT hctc.net address
