Practice what I Preach

FIGMO is a flashback. It ends In Marching Orders. 🤷‍♂️
It's a fitness program. Uh oh more flashbacks. 😉
"And if you don't think I am tough....check it out." Was my reply to my playmate (at the age of 8) when he told me, "if you don't smoke you're not tough."
A fitness program can improve skills and stamina. Toughness is Forged in Fire. Competition case hardens, well if I don't get broke, er go broke.
I went into money games with the money as ammunition. 10 barrels was a full clip. Of course the most rewarding wins started with putting it all on the line. Gambling addiction is real. Oh boy but the winning is such a good feel. 🤷‍♂️
King Harry used to make the Corporation empty their pockets and that was the bet for the first one pocket game of the night. The money On The Light was the custom back then.
So where was I going ? Oh yeah It's a fitness program of 16 shots. Done daily to keep me fit. Well as fit as possible. Going through the self analysis on every shot, especially the missed ones is a beneficial practice technique. Half an hour to run the course is a Good start for Me. Shrug 🤷‍♂️

Ah the morning after league night is contemplation time. 🤔
The I Ching provides interesting contemplation and perhaps insights. 🤷‍♂️
Even after a successful venture, assessment honest analysis is required.
Diligence pays dividends.

Oh no 😉 another morning after post. 🤷‍♂️
With last night's apa league weekly. It's nice to have the warm fuzzy feeling of victory. The re ass says mint the morning after still gets review.
First things first 😉 To be a bar box 8 ball Master of Grand perform ants moments. 🤷‍♂️ Showing a break and run on a rack that was quite challenging with minor adjustments in negotiation of a tight 14 ball or was it 13? Puzzle. It was fun when it was done. Can't remember much other than there were a few shots that were long and fuzzy. Getting the Basics right is Huge when under pressure. Yet basic 8 ball starts with. Drum rolls and "Dont!make a ball until you have a plan to make them all.
