I have a predator BK1 but I really want a Bk2 so I figure I would be more cost effective to just buy a bk2 shaft. how ever I dont know if the butts are the same or if the Bk2 is fatter or better balanced ect.. So if anyone could give me insight that would be great. Also i have an original Xbreaker for sale or trade for a bk2 or possibly a mezz power break 2. The Xbreaker is black with a wrap and is 19oz good condition normal bumps an brusies nothing serious.

aw man... you just missed a great deal on a bk2... bamacues was selling one like new for 200 bucks... it sold pretty quick... here's the link anyways: HERE

sorry that I can't help you on your question, but I don't know the answer

The way I understand it is the bk2 just has a phenolic tip. That is the only difference. Eveerything esle is the same.

I have the bk2 butt for sale..no shaft, since I SHATTERED IT!!!

let me know if your interested..thanks

Bk2

I have a friend who just went through the same thing. If you compare the cost of just the shaft and the full cue, you will see that it is a better deal to go for the full package $$$(80% shaft/20% handle). I never owned the BK1 however the BK2 is close to the perfect break cue IMO. Beware the phenolic tip looks to be outlawed by the BCA. this cue is excellent. It is slitghly larger taper than the BK1 and has much upgraded front end. PS if you need to ever replace the tip don't touch the carbon pad (my friend found out the hard way) Predator does have an amaizing waranty on its product if anything happens to it. I don't play with a Preadator cue but I find the breaker to be great and at its best at the lowest weight posible. The handle seems different to me from the BK1's I have seen, possibly only at the joint since they are only unilock and I'm pretty sure the rest is only a broomstick.

Finale note: Worth the investment if you have the high speed. Don't think this will get you from 18MPH to 22MPH it wont.

thanks for the info guys my questions are pretty much answered. unless anyone else has more insight not discussed...
