The other 2 bk's listed have big chips in the finish which is normal for these cues..... This one is the exception, and is about as close to new as you'll ever find..... As a bonus, this one is also priced lower than the others.
 
Twice I thought this cue was sold.... With no follow through. So to the top with a price drop.
