After giving size of ferrule and the shaft just below the ferrule and weight, I stated there were no dents or dings in the shaft. I didn't think to add a small scratch in the ferrule. The person had a tizzy because I didn't mention the scratch. I could of just filed the ferrule scratch out. I thought keeping the tips size the biggest was more important.
I offered more pics of the cue shaft. What more could I do to be anymore accurate.
I offered his money back. They wouldn't send me the shaft back?
They thought I should send them $50.00 and a new Kamui tip , they thought that would be a fair price for the shaft. Any comments will be helpful.
