Predator Shaft

Well I broke my second ferrule over the weekend. Bad thing is when the ferrule breaks it cracks the shaft. Its on the way to predator. Maybe I'll get a new one. Sucks.

get one of the older ones before they moved production to china and you probably won't have that problem ever again. i've got on eof the old school predators (just the cat and the 314 no -2) and i've had ti and used it for everything (breaking included) for 3+ years and i never had a problem with it.

the 314-2 shafts are junk. i hear so many complaints about them from shafts exploding to ferrules cracking.

I like the way they play. The construction has flaws for sure but if they will replace it within I think it was 8 days, screw it. I'll bust one every month.

I didn't know before hand. Its what I have and just dealing with it however.
