I'm not an expert on cues but it does not look like a conversion to me because on the joint of the shaft and joint of the butt there is a number that is stamped on there which looks to say 400. So I think this is an original Sneaky Pete straight from Dufferin.

I do know it was refinished by a cuemaker named Pat Diveney.
