Previous 'Player of the Year' Winners

[nathandumoulin]

I was just thinking about how Mika has a near-lock on the Player of the Year award this year, but failed to recall previous POTY winners.

I know Mika won last year, and SVB the year previous to that, but who won for 2000 through 2006?

Thanks.
