Has anyone else been stiffed by this guy?

I paid for a list that was supposed to be sent by PM or e-mail and never received anything after I sent my money. He was supposed to send the list immediately upon receipt of payment. If he had sent me a list that said something like: show up early and bring your own chalk. No problem.

But, nothing recieved and things are over. So, instead of sending him a positive I-trader for creativity, should I send my first negative I-trader for him being a smart a$$ and not delivering as promised? :grin-devilish:

Here is something a little different since "a large internet company" (we all know who) doesn't allow receiving money for raffles.

What I am selling is a "list" of suggestions on how to prepare for a pool tournament. After payment is received I will pm, or email you the list and you are officially entered into the drawing for a FREE POOL CUE!! Each purchased copy of my list of suggestions entitles you to one chance/spot at winning the free pool cue. You may purchase multiple copies if you wish for extra chances to win the cue. The drawing for the cue will be held on the next available draw date once all the payments have been received for the list. We will use the megaball, from Megamillions to decide the winner.

Purchase 1 for $11.00, 2 for $21.00 or 3 for $30.00. Once winner is declared they will be contacted via pm for shipping address to send them the FREE POOL CUE. Cue will be shipped USPS Priority mail with tracking and insurance.

Requested spots will not be accepted via pm, must post in this thread. After posting requested spots, I will pm you with payment information. When sending payment, please put under Subject: Pre-Tournament List. Under Message: AZ username. Please follow these instructions carefully and DO NOT mention raffle because it will be flagged immediately and technically this is not a raffle, you are purchasing a "list" with chances to win a FREE POOL CUE. Payment will be accepted as of now, but are not required until 2/3 full (% at top of thread).

Due to Ivory, cue will be shipped to a U.S. address only. If you are out of the country and wish to participate, I will send the cue to third party within the United States and then it will be their responsibility to get the cue to you. If this is the case, I am no longer responsible after third party receives the cue.

That about covers the logistics. Now on to specs of the FREE POOL CUE!!

Shaft: 3.84oz, 3/4 Ivorine 3 ferrule. 12.75 Diameter.
Butt: 15.47oz, .842 joint, 1.26 butt fullsplice Purple Heart.
Total Weight: 19.41oz. Threaded steel joint and Flat Bottom 3/8-10 pin. Approximate 19 inch balance point.

Butt plate has two scratches otherwise cue is 98% condition. Having shaft professionally cleaned and retipped with an Everest as we speak. Shaft does have slight taper roll, tip does not leave table and it is hardly noticeable...just wanted to mention. Hoppe ring is MPI (multi-polymer ivory), inlays are real Ivory daimonds with ebony surround. Forearm has some curly AND birdseye.

Cue comes with matching joint protectors as seen in pic, 1 butt and 2 shaft.

On the one hand: Yes indeed it was sent in jest.

On the other hand: As my dear departed mother used to say, "Don't get too smart(/big) for your britches!" Technically, the free drawings are over and you have yet to fulfill your contract even though it was simple to do. If you're going to be a smarty pants :grin:, it's best to take your obligations seriously. :wink:
 
Takeing offers if anyones interested before i put it in the for sale section !!

I just got this DZ cue in the raffle , let me just say it is beautiful and is a good player , I just really dont need another full splice or SP cue, I had numberous PM'S about the cue even before I received the cue, Some of the offers were good but then I had a few that wanted me to literaly give them the cue for free! I couldn't beleive it lol. Then Had some that wanted it for next to nothing also. I had a couple of nice offers as well but I was not ready to say yes to them when i didn't even receive the cue at that time. But i erased a few of the pm's and dont remember who they were. SO if anyone has any serious offers for a nice hitting well built cue pm me a offer and I may except, If I hear nothing or no EXCEPTABLE OFFERS I will put it in the for sale or trade section, Cue is in perfect shape Rob took very good care of this cue , brand new tip installed and shaft cleaned by LEON SLY, only marks on cue are on the butt cap were finish has alittle wair on the clear coat thats it ,, thanks ED

Received cue today it is very nice , Thanks to everyone that took place in the raffle .I dont think I will be keeping it I just dont need another SP. So I want to sell it or trade it. So I think I will be putting it in the for sale or trade section soon as I get time but like I said in the above post If anyones interested pm me some offers or what ever till I get it posted in the sale section unless someone gives me a good offer first,. thanks << ED
