I just added Shooter's in Huntsville, Alabama to FindSnooker.com. Now only do they have a 12' table, but according to their Facebook page,

Seems like a reasonable price to me.
[EDIT] You have to pay to play snooker, though: $9/hour. Still, free pool goes a long way in my book.
