Problem with slipstic order

Has anybody else had a problem ordering directly from slipstic. I placed an order, but it has never been shipped. I talked to the guy and he said he had been busy, but would get it shipped. A month later, he won't return calls or e-mails. Just wondering.
 
Yep.. search on 'slipstic' and find my thread.. the guy still hasn't returned my money and paypal decided in my favor but could only get a dollar from his account to give me. I got the same run around.. been busy, was sick, etc.. I never got the product or my money back.
 
Do a search for slipstic in the main forum and you can find that Pete is a user on here. I dealt with him over a year ago and he was really good about answering pm's and emails. Hell, he even called me and told me why there was a delay in shipping my order due to the restrictions put in place.

That sucks, but thanks for the information. I will file with PayPal and see if I can get a dollar too.
 
Order from Platinum or something if there's a history of late shipments. I ordered from Platinum and they overnighted it for free after shipping me a slipstic wetnap thing instead of the conditioner :P
 
Wow, seemed to me like slipstic and the people there were awsome, I wonder if they are just on backorder? Im sure they will be able to get back in swing, its is sad to hear of such experiances so GET IT TOGETHER SLIPSTIC!

The same for me. When Pete found out I was a forum member (I called in my order) he shipped my order the very next day, I had it in 2 or 3 days. No problems or complaints from me.

Do you know Pete's user name? Maybe I can contact him that way. He returned one phone call about a month ago, and seemed like he was a nice guy. Said since the order was late he would through in a micrfiber cloth. Since then I have not been ableto make any contact.

Yeah, and if you do get ahold of him somewhere, let him know I'd like my $35 back.. it's been 7 weeks.
 
I contacted Pete a few months back for some SlipStic because most sellers charge $40 shipping to Europe.
Pete very kindly told me he'd ship me a bottle for free and we exchanged a couple pm's.
Six weeks later I hadn't received the bottle, so I asked Pete if maybe he had forgotten about the bottle.
I haven't heard back yet and this pm was sent over a month ago. All our contact was here on AZ.

Hey Maxx, did you ever get your product or money back? Normally I wouldn't sweat the $35 but for some reason this is still bothering me. Hey Pete Lafond, of Slipstic, you received $35.24 from me on June 8th. On July 2nd, Paypal recovered $1.60 from you for non-delivery. Now, we're on week number 10 and I've still received nothing from you. You don't reply to emails or phone messages.. you owe me money, sir.. $33.64, to be exact..

PAY UP!
