Problems w/DCC PVV - Help!

I just purchased today's action but all I get is a white screen when the ppv screen pops up. I'm running Windows XP w/explorer 8 if that makes a difference and I downloaded the latest version of whatever they use & rebooted.

HELP! Trying to get SVB v Shuff match. Yes, I emailed accustats w/no answer yet.

Dave, I've seen three people mention this so far. I don't think the problem is on your end.
 
Same problem

Same problem here. Someone else started a thread about the same thing. Means that it must be on there end. Hope its resolved soon.
 
Shuff up 2-0 into the 3rd w/minimal balls made. Very interesting match, Shuff is playing strong. In the 1st game he was in big trouble and fired in a back cut long bank that sold out if he missed, but he made it and was able to play safe to gain the advantage.
 
Had this problem also- wasn t able to watch the day i paid and was able to watch :(

working great now. Happy I hung in there, it was very entertaining match. Sorry you had problems, too. Alex v Orcullo 14.1 about to start.
