Problems with cuemaker?

While I agree that might work on some people, it could also hurt people who simply made a mistake if I then make a rash decision and attack them. Again, for all I know, everything will be taken care of and there won't be an incident lingering around forever on the interwebs bashing someone and costing them money.

IF, on the other hand, this drags out longer than necessary and I'm still unhappy, I'll gladly post our emails, along with photos of the work that was done.

So let me get this straight.

You don't want to make a rash decision yet you posted this thread when for all you know it will all be taken care of in a timely fashion?

Ok got it.

Your reading comprehension must not be very good. It’s a rash decision now to post questions about other people’s experiences with cuemaker screwups? Ok got it.

I guess I’m lucky. I’ve been trying to get a full splice butterfly cue made and price is no object. I can’t get a response from the several cue makers I’ve contacted over the past year. Your experience makes me feel better. I have had a good experience getting a sneaky pete from a Houston cue maker.

You could have contacted a cuemaker in the Texas Hill Country with 28 years of cue making.
