Problems with PPV on Accu-stats.com

Hi, I am having a problem getting to the page you use to purchase PPV for the Open. When I click on the link to try and purchase a package it takes me to the page that says, "Cannot connect to this website". But I can get to it on my Iphone. I had the same problem last year with my desktop but could connect with my laptop. Now I can't connect on either one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks, Mike
 
That link will only take me to the Accu-stats page. When I click the link to purchase the PPV is when I get the "cannot display page" thing.
 
You can try this ... Try opening your web browser and finding the list of cookies.

For Firefox it is TOOLS > OPTIONS> PRIVACY TAB> then, "SHOW COOKIES".

For Internet Explorer it's TOOLS> INTERNET OPTIONS>GENERAL TAB> in the HISTORY area click SETTINGS> then SHOW FILES.

Click on the name column header to sort by name and scroll down to see files that start with the word cookie.

In either case if Accustats is there.... delete that cookie, close the browser and re-open it and see if that helps.

Sometimes clearing cookies will do the trick, it can't hurt anything to try.
 
Thanks to Jim at Accu-stats we got it solved. It turned out to be a Time Warner Cable issue. They had to go in the router, reset it and remove a firewall that was blocking the connection. Ready for pool!!!!
