Now that the Nationals are over...ostensibly the end of the USBA calendar year...there are many candidates that deserve the honors for the best promoter in our game of the year.

Speaking for myself personally.....My vote is for Jamie Sibley from Savannah, Georgia;

He has helped transformed 3c in the southeastern part of the U.S. His monthy tournaments, helping players, answering questions, volunteering to stream events...etc.

Here is his t-shirt design that says it all.

i vote for Michael Kang from Carom. weekly leagues, weekly tournaments, hosting several international tournaments, monthly memberships, pristine tables, etc.

Hector,

No one should ever count Michael Kang out! He is a great ambassador to our game. I have dealt with him on projects and he has always conducted himself as a gentleman.

And now he is hosting the World 14.1 Championship at the same time as the Verhoeven International 3C Open in August.

Hard to beat that Hector!

Thanks for the t-shirt plug Steve. However, I think Paul Frankels efforts to support three cushion far outshine anything we've done here on a local level.

The "ask me about 3 cushion" shirts are available in black, gray, and blue. If a few people are interested, I'll have somemore made. Not sure what the current inventory is after the nationals. Andy Janquitto was nice enough to help distribute them over there, and do a bit of promotion, too. Thanks Andy! Once I get the remainder of them back, I'll know what's left fro mthe last batch.

Paul has been instrumental in promoting and highlighting caroms in Vegas, SBE, and DCC....etc.

Great promoter and a great guy!
