Proper Attire for 3C Tournament????

I know UMB have the requirment for proper attire for Tournament and I know USBA mention men proper attire: standard [vest, black pant, black sock, black shoe, bow tie, and solid color shirt] and mention of ladies attire.

But what is or allow: The correct placement and size for patches whether USBA or sponsors? How many patches allow?

I believe UMB mention this somewhere on their site, but not USBA.
Is there an illustration that show the above questions?

Up to now, the problem of patches and such has not come up for USBA tournaments. If it did, I imagine that the USBA would adopt regulations very similar to the UMB regulations. I see that those regulations have a formatting error, but they are mostly legible -- http://www.umb.org/Rules/Regulations.pdf

They might not fit exactly for the USBA, but they would be a starting place.
