He everyone. Although this is not a question for a cuemaker, I thought I would put this info out there for anyone who is interested since I read posts about who does good restoration work.

I just dropped off a cue at proficient billiards. This is my first cue I am getting work done on, ever. All I can say is that it was a great experience. He took the time to talk to me, hang out a bit and I got a chance to see some of his restoration work.

All I can say is WOW. Top notch work from a top notch guy.

I see a lot of people asking who does really good refinishwork....well here is a guy that has the talent.

He has some bad ass volkswagons too....

Scot has repaired and refinished a bunch of cues for me.His work is second to none and his turnaround time is fantastic!.Chuck

+1 scot is tops.....the work is unreal and price and time are great also....will be sending him a old brazilian rosewood pj palmer for a finish and cleaning soon...

I'm confused ... are you giving prop to Proficient before the work is completed or you got the cue back already

I just had a Schon refinished and rewrapped by Scott. Top quality work and blazing fast turn around time. Couldn't be happier with his service:thumbup:

Scott is fantastic, He took a old Richard Black, I bought for 100 dollars, ring at A joint broke, the cue floped on table , and a week later I was in Pa, and picked it up . Cue was perfect , Great price, great work. Thanks jim
