Prulhiere cues with CORK wrap

I thought the guy fielded all questions really well, his cues look good and cork is an interesting choice. It looks great on my kitchen floor after many years wear so it's going to be durable and easy to clean. Loved the response about the finish, it's refreshing to hear where someone thinks they can improve or are looking to improve, even when the product already seems at a high standard.

Anyone in life who thinks they have nothing to learn or nothing to improve on is simply a di*k.

This is the cue I purchased off of ebay, if it is as nice as it appears in the photos i will be very happy

This has been a tough ride for me here on A to Z. I wasn't offended by the questions at all, but that may be because I don't get upset easy.....unless someone is driving faster or slower than I am or driving different than me what so ever. My wife says I am a road rager.....Anyway, I was reading some of these latest posts on my thread, and I think it is great that people around here stick up for others. I do not mind questions though. I don't know the pecking order on here or who is who, but I am nervous of the fact that everyone seems to base there decisions on what someone else thinks. Don't get me wrong, I understand the importance of reviews, especially for a newbie like myself. The strange thing was I had very little activity until I got a review then the PM's went crazy. I think my big fear is if someone has a bad experience, or just doesn't like me or my product or that one bad review could spell death to a new cue maker. Some people must have huge power of persuasion as one PM wanted me to give him a free cue because his review would be so powerful that it would be worth my while. I appreciate offers of help, but a small business like mine can't afford to do that. There are times when I feel coming to A to Z may have been to soon for me as it holds way more power and influence than I realized before. I had a really good Ebay business going before and then I hit the boards here. Ebay slowed way down and prices came down despite great feedbacks there. I hope I weather the storm here and can get a chance to send some cues your way. I will wait and see now. I hope none of this came across condescending, childish or demeaning to any of you, because that is surely not my intent. I look forward to getting to know the people here and hope I will be here awhile. Thanks to everyone who has bought a cue or supported me here. I am going to post this on the main forum also.

I dont know that AZ will affect your ebay listings I guess its possiable but I doubt it. I am waiting on the post office to deliver your cue. After i inspect it and play it I will give a fair review of the cue. From the pictures of the cue i suspect that I am going to be pleasantly surprised.

The ebay thing was strange. I used to get between 250 and 300 views on my cues on ebay with a huge 20 to 30 on the watch list. I think that is due to the cork being different. Once I posted on A-Z the looks went down to 100 or less and the prices they sold at in some cases were 40% or more lower. Is this the A-Z impact or a coincidence I don't know, it was an observation. Thanks

I received my Prulhiere cue today. Here are the specs;

Butt-Diameter-1.238 in
Joint Diameter- .825
Butt Weight- 14.2 oz
Shaft Weight- 4.1 oz
Tip Diameter- 13.25 mm
Balence Point 18 7/8- 19 in

fit and finish are good running your hand up the cue no noticeable feeling of lifts at the rings joint or wrap, no noticeable seam in the wrap and the points are matching. The shaft appears to be a continous taper from tip to joint as a bar cue. When treaded together the joint is solid and fit is excellant. The finish on the shaft was not as smooth as i like but a couple of swipes with a finisher sloved that issue. I have to play the cue but at this point I am very pleased.

cue rolls straight apart and together it has a Med Triangle tip, I went to the local pub and shot a half dozen games with this cue. It is an oz lighter than i usually play but hit was positive with good feed back and control. I believe this cue is worth 2 or 3 times the money and if his other cues are as this one you wont be sorry.
