purple heart shaft

They are all over. Purple heart is AWESOME for breaking, not so much for jumping though. Too heavy to make a really good jumper.

Keith Kues can facilitate your needs, but there are also SEVERAL other guys that have done this. The best break cue I have ever used in my life is the one from my purple heart set. 1 piece butt, and PH shaft. Hits like a steel rod. See below.

Although he is now, unfortunately, deceased, Mark Bear made a great jump cue with a PH shaft. You may want to "put a feeler out" to see if anyone has one they would sell. Any cue builder, however, could build you a jump cue with a PH shaft. Good luck!

I can vouch for the hanshew jump cues, i don't know if he makes JB's but i wouldnt sell my jumper, 2 guys i play with regularly jumped (pun intended) onto his waiting list the day after trying mine...lol.

It took 3 months to receive mine after i got on his waiting list.
 
I've bought and sold and bought again some Purpleheart Shafts and Purpleheart breaker from Bob Flynn of Denali Cues. Purpleheart break cues are his forte and seemingly so with how good they are. Bang for buck as well.

I suggest you contact him on AZ via QMAKER.

P.S I actually have another purpleheart breaker from him on its way to me now.

I have both a break cue and a jump cue on order from Bob. Both with purpleheart shafts and purpleheart full core. Mine are both made as a bumperless hoppe style, white ring and black buttcap.
Bob is great to deal with and his prices is hard to beat!
 
Thanks guys for the info. All I got to do now is get Christmas out of the way so I can get one. The summit looks good to me.
 
Elite Custom Cues makes jump cues and break cues with Purpleheart Shafts. Nice cues and hit IMHO great. Dave
