Not really the type of shots that are conducive to IDing a cue.
 
Centered pin? How old can that be?
Palmer had centered pins in some pre catalog cues ca.1964, Kershenbrock’s from the late 70’s had them too.

though I do believe the cue in question is much newer. The pin is quite attractive too.
 
Curious, from the photos the ferrule appears to be long. Is it longer than the standard 1”?

Strange white stuff in the joint also by the pin, compression idea maybe just wore off mostly?.
