Putting own pool videos on YouTube/uStream/Vimeo?

I have a camera setup on my table, and am thinking about posting some videos for critique, showing off how great I am, etc.

I record the videos directly onto my Mac's hard drive with a mini-DV camcorder and a firewire cable.

What would be the best service to use? My Mac has a built in "publish to youtube" button, as well as "publish to Vimeo" button, that would probably make those two strong candidates.

Is there anything I need to know about Youtube or the other hosting services? I recall some clips can't be more than 9 or 10 minutes, but then I also see some clips that are hours long. I don't know why some user have length limitations and why others do not.

I also have music playing in the background (the radio). Will youtube or other hosting sites take down my videos if a popular song is on the radio and it ends up on my videos?

Finally, I notice some members here, particularly Justin from TAR, will stream live on uStream, but then later post those videos on Youtube. Why not just leave them on uStream? I know there must be a good reason, but I don't know it. And whatever this reason is, would it also impact what service I choose to use?

Thank you all for the information.

Youtube has the 10min limit until "they can trust you", meaning that you dont have any copyright strikes, suspended videos and reports after a while of having an channel. They won't take it down if you do have copyrighted stuff unless you want to get paid for it, then you are in trouble. And they upload the videos to youtube because youtube has a much higher user number comparing to ustream or any other livestreaming website.
