For a very little money ($20?) one could buy a throwaway android phone and just use it as a monitor for this device, if all you have is an iphone.

Yes, the Windows mobile market is tiny. However a lot of people use the QMD Windows desktop/laptop software. You can record practice sessions with the Android version then export/import to your desktop and see it there. A bigger screen really lets you see the details of your cue movement.
I bought one of these when it first came out, assuming it works with iPhone. It was my fault for assuming but I guess I just think it's stupid to not work with the an iPhone. So anyway, it was useless. I think I ended up selling it for half of what I paid for it. So, I honestly don't think I'll buy another one if they do get it to work with an iPhone because I'm just bitter about it. Again, I should have read through their stuff so it's my fault I guess.
