Are these lunatics going to continue to run qualifiers during the "hiatus"?

If they even get a single non-free entry from this point on, we'll know pool is not comprised of the sharpest tacks in the shed.

I don't know the legalities involved, but any poolroom scheduled to run a qualifier (at least before Reno gets paid) is hopefully trying to get out of it.

Where is Jasper?

I hope they do schedule Chicago during the Super Billiards Expo. The IPT will get 150 players that mostly wouldn't have gone to the SBE anyway, and ZERO fans. What fan in his right mind would shell out more travel expense money for a tournament that is going to get canceled at the last minute? They will all go to the SBE, showing true support for promoters who have looked out for us over the years.

I don't know what Deno's waiting for - he should turn state's evidence ASAP. Kevin's gonna stick this whole thing on him for sure. KT to Feds: "I don't know anything about this game - this was my COO's area of expertise and he duped me and ran everything into the ground..."

Anyone else feel that those emails we get on Fridays about upcoming Versus shows are a little "Baghdad Bob"-like? While the whole world is blowing up around them, they tell you how great they're doing. It's scary and hilarious at the same time.

good insightful post steve. yes it is funny and pathetic at the same time isn't it? don't forget to watch this weekend on VERSUS the best pool,an d remember folks for just $2,000 you could play in one of our non-existing tournaments. the ipt is crazy. deno is crazy,and people say, no,no deno is just fine, BULL! he has got to be under a spell by this point,like nixon's helpers before the sheet hit the fan,RUN DENO RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It will take a lot of those 2 man qualifiers to come up with the $3-5 million he owes now. :rolleyes:

Maybe KT bought Deno a new dress w/ kneepads (being that he's KT's biatch now) and put him on the streets to help make up the difference. :)

think that everyone will sit around till February for more announcements of little significance that dodge the issues at hand? Yesterday's 'announcement' was a disappointment, I'm sure, for many, only to validate what had been heard through the grapevine.

Is Randy, who hasn't posted in quite awhile, going to go forward with legal litigation for the players to get paid for Reno? It is time for a little 'Come to God' meeting of the minds for KT. The issues need to be addressed in a manner that people can be assured one way or the other. Some action needs to be taken before November is over to resolve this BS dilema of getting paid or not.

I am losing faith everyday in Deno for being a puppet of KT, and not taking a stand for the betterment of Pool in general. For someone that is suppose to have the class, ethics, and morals, he sure isn't 'living' the ideals that he espouses. I guess his IPT salary must be pretty high, huh?

I would like to know what the 'complaint' filed against Deno in Reno was?

Seems to me, like Nevada would have some laws governing that have established time limits for people to be paid for such events?

The IPT is looking like the guy caught in bed with the blonde by his wife, and he 'denies, denies, denies .... to the bitter end ' ..... lol
