Hey need some advice. We bought a new pool table from Pooltables.com and had Quality Billiards in tacoma washington receive it and deliver it and set it up to our home on the water in Seattle, washington....last February.
Well, the table never was set up correctly but we dealt with it and never thought another thing about it until........we moved......
We moved this November to a new house and called Quality Billiards to move it to our new place, as they had set it up and it seemed the right thing to do. We were to be moved within a time period so we set an appt for Quality Billiards come back and move it to the new house.
Well, he showed up and LITERAALLY walked off the job! We had no place to turn!! He Literally told us to F-Off and left! We had no idea why.......we were so upset we called the owner, and he told us to go to HELL!?!?! We couldnt believe it???? Why???? It was awful!!
Well, we SURE FOUND OUT!!! When we finally got another company to come out to move it, WE FOUND OUT QUALITY BILLIARDS BROKE OUR SLATE!!!! We are so angry! We called Quality Billiards back and the owner told us to F-OFF too! Is there anyone out there who has dealt with this JERK!?! And any advise on waht to do, now our slate is broken and thats why they walked off the job, because THEY broke it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We want everyone to know that QUALITY BILLIARDS is the worst place to do business with! We are very upset at how they treat thier customers and plan to do somethig about it! pleaes advise...Thanks
