question about a predator p3

I have a z2 shaft for my cue and I like it. A friend of mine has a p3 and the cues shoot similar as far as deflection. I can make the same type of shots with each cue.

But his cue definitely has more feedback. When I was shooting with his cue I notice it didn’t have same the numb feeling to it; it had more of crisp snap that I was able to feel in my back hand. I was able to feel what was a good hit and what wasn’t. Normally the way I can tell when I’m off a little with my cue is the sounds it makes. I felt I was able to adjust quicker with his stick and get in to a rhythm faster with it.

I guess my question is, was Predator able to do something differently with the butt of the p3 to get over that hollow feeling of the shaft?

If you go to their website they have this link http://www.predatorcues.com/predator_cues_p3_demo.php that tells you about how p3 is made.
To me its all about feeling, if you like the feel then buy one for yourself.
Although i would like to point out that p3 has a unilock joint which is annoying because sometimes it gets loose during play.

Yeah I play with a radial pin now and it never gets loose.

As far as the website I looked at it. I'm still curious for more feedback from people shooting with a P3 to explain it.

Thanks for the reply.

I have a P3 with a Z2 shaft. I was playing with a custom 60 inch cue and a 314 shaft. The P3 is great and so is the Shaman cue, but I prefer to play with the P3 since it feels so right for me. The butt size is a little larger than my custom cue, so it felt awkward at first, but it hits solidly with great feedback. It is a keeper for me. I wouldn't know how to explain it technically but the feel is nice and I can make all of the shots with it.

The feedback was way more noticeably and the balance point of the cue was nice as well.

I appericate your input its very helpful.
