Question about a table???

I have just seen an advertisement in a local paper of a Gandy 9 ft table for sale. The only problem is that 1 of the 3 slate pieces is broken. I know very little about table construction. Is it possible to replace just the broken slate or would all three pieces need to be replaced and what would the approximate cost be. The seller only wants $200 for the table.
