Question about FINISH DRYING TIME

Approx how long do the modern Automotive high Gloss Finishes take to DRY ROCK HARD? I ask as I was recently told a story of a CUE that was recently refinished developing small scratches right after the owner got it back.

Full cure will be different for each clear. Temperature and thickness make it impossible to give an exact number. 2+ weeks for full cure.
