question about jacoby cues

hows the hit/feel/balance/craftsmanship of thier cues? i would greatly appreciate any response. i priced a custom from them and it was farely inexpensive as far as custom goes. just want to know if theyre worth the 6 bills. thank you..... joey
 
Jacoby cue

I picked up a used one a couple of years ago...burled maple grip w/ cocobolo base and forearm...plays great! Feels solid, looks good, put on new tips and no problems since. I have hit balls with over 100 different brands of cues and I recommend them. From what I hear, he stands behind the quality and a goodguy to deal with!
 
come on ppl. only one person has ever shot a jacoby? help a fellow player out.

All i can say without going into a long story is simply this. You cannot go wrong with a jacoby cue. i have hit with several and like the hit, balance
and overall feel of the cue. nuff said................................mike

Maybe everyone is getting out for the weekend having BEER and BBQ...

I live an hour away from Dave, and have hit with several of his cues... you can't find a better cue for the money, he is very reasonably priced and a great guy to deal with. The craftsmanship is excellent.
 
I had Dave make me a custom cue about a year ago and I just love it. I was playing with a Pechauer before that. I liked the Pechauer but I needed a little longer cue and I asked people on this board who to go to and the majority of them suggested Dave and I'm glad they did. The workmanship is excellent and the hit is solid.
 
The Jacoby family are some of the best in the business. Not only do they make/design a great product, but they stand behind it 100%

Ditto, you can't go wrong with a Jacoby cue
