question about jerry rauenzahn

does anybody know if Jerry is ok. I have been calling his number for about 10 days now. plus i have sent him an email with no reply. I have ordered a cue from him and i have to send him some money for it. i told him i was going to send it about a month ago but i fell ill with something called infectious facial fascitis, (caused by the swelling and infection of the parotid gland under the ear.). which caused my whole left side of my face to swell up like a balloon. I pray that nobody on here ever gets it. it is the most painful thing i have ever had to endure. but anyway if anybody can reach him please tell him to call me @ 518-225-2387. I would greatly appreciate it. sorry also about explaining my problem in detail.............mike

Not that I know this to be the case, but in the last month or two before the SBE every year, the makers are scrambling to get completed those cues that they are wishing to get to the show. Depending on the level of stress they are under may determine if they even have the time to answer the phone or email.

Additionally, I cannot remember for sure, but if Jerry is located in the NE, they got hammered pretty hard with the last Nor'easter, and some have had flooding issues to deal with, in addition to trying to get ready for the SBE.

Just tried to call him with no answer.

I know he lurks on AZ and he is typically very responsive.
If he was sick someone would have mentioned it.
My guess is that he is really busy with SBE stuff, building full spliced cues
now that he finally figured out what he's going to do when he grows up...

I spoke to him in mid-late Feb and he said he was set to go to Florida for a few weeks (he could have said months) not sure. I am sure he is fine, just enjoying a little sun.

so far so good. the Dr. told me that since i am a diabetic there is a chance it could return. what this unsightly disease does is affect the nerves in that side of the face which makes it so painful. but now that we know what it is if it happens again we can get a better grip on it early......be well my friend and enjoy the sun................mike
