We have a Schmidt Ivanhoe at my men's club. One day I noticed a "thunk" in a rail. I was on my way out and asked one of the regulars to check the bolts to see if they were tight. He told me later that one was so loose he could turn it with his fingers. He tightened all of the bolts. Since that time the balls coming off that rail on a cross side bank shot reverse direction when coming off the second rail (if the bank is missed). Do you think that could be he tightened the bolt too tight? No other rail plays like that.
Thanks
