Question about Randy Mobley cues

MHO is that Randy builds a great cue. I have played with a few and the hit seems to be consistent. He plays, not as much as he would like to, but, he knows what a cue should be. Ray Martin used one of Randy's cues for 2 or 3 years and had nothing but praise for it. Randy's work is flawless. I have seen them go up in value over the last 6 or 7 years.
And, as I have said before, Randy Mobley is one of the nicest guys in the business.
Again, just MHO.

I took a couple lessons from Ray years and years ago. He was playing with one and told me he was going to be one of the greats and recommended I have RM make me a cue.

I was too stupid to do it, and now I regret it.

Solid player

i have known randy since 1991.
he is always keen to have anyone hit a few, with his newest cues.
he is objective with any players feed back, regarding the performance of his fine workmanship.

i own several of his works, and regard them as true masterpieces, showcasing his inert talent as a cuemaker.

all of my R.M.s are very plain in design, HOWEVER, they ALL hit the C.B. the same.[felt in the butt hand]

quite remarkable, to say the least.

the man loves his work!!!

Probably about three grand+, now adays. I know Randy well and he has a very long waiting list.
I listed a purple heart on e-bay starting at 800.

Agree 100%

Ray Martin told me the same thing. He was using a RM cue and said he was really impressed with it, and recommended that I have him build me one...

Once again, I didn't follow that good advice when I could probably got a cue without a long wait.
