Question about shaping a tip

When you shape a tip to a nickel radius, do you "shape it all the way" (i.e. perfect nickel) or do you leave a little flat (maybe not flat, but less radiused) area at the very tip of the tip?
 
All the way on a player.

On a breaker I start with about a quarter in the center and taper out to about a nickle.
