This is for a buddy of mine- He is looking for the cuemaker that made the shaft that Rodney plays with. He saw the shaft and I think hit a few balls with it this past weekend at Valley Forge and loved it. Rodney told him who the cuemaker was but he can't remember now. Thanks in advance to whomever can help.

Thanks

Sat next to Rodney at a tournament a few months back and since the last I had saw him he was playing with a Szamboti, I asked who made his cue.

The cue (and shafts) are made by John Showman. The shaft has a 3/4" ivory ferrule.

Rod still has the Szamboti but is playing full time with the Showman. He has a twin to that Showman tucked away.

It is a sweet hitter (subjectively speaking) to be sure.

Thanks for the info. My buddy is looking into the cuemaker right now.

Man, it looked smaller than 3/4". I sat right behind him at Valley Forge and pointed it out to my buddies. You're probably right but I thought it was more like a 1/2".
