Chirs,

I have a J&J 2719 jump break with the one piece black ferrule that is three months old. I noticed ferrule is chipped in two places last night.

Do new ferrule/phenolic tip combo's that they use now hold up any better?

Does it do any good to call Judy?

sorry Dale.. i didnt see this post untill today...

from what i understand.. there are no new cues with the tip/ferrule combination.. any that are still around were old stock that was made before Mike Gulyassi's patent went into effect... they no longer make the 1 piece tip/ferrule..

i think it would be in your best interest to call and ask judy. she is a great person to talk to and deal with.. with any luck.. they may warranty it for you.. best of luck..

i havent been able to get any for awhile.. they were on back order last i heard.. i am hoping to get some in the near future...
