Hey FL,
I'm curious. The US Open for artistic pool apparently is being held near me, at Accu-Billiards in New Bedford, MA. I'm very excited to go. I was wondering if you will be attending or participating.

Thanks in advance,
Kerry

Here is some info about the artistic pool event in New Bedford:

10/11/03 - 10/12/03 – 2003 U.S. Open Artistic Pool Championship in New Bedford, MA at Accu Billiards

Larry,

I appreciate your support, but I never see Yappingwolf posts here on az, because s/he is on my ignore list. That is what that function in the az software is for.

Try it. It works.

Laura

Then why don't you have Larry on that list. He seems pretty obnoxious himself.

Here is some additional information about the US Open:

The dates and location posted previously are correct. 10/11-10/12 in New Bedford, MA.

The following players will be attending:
Mike Massey (USA)
Tom Rossman (USA)
Andy Segal (USA)
Charles Darling (USA)
Stefano Pelinga (Italy)
Lucasz Szywala (Poland)
Bogdan Wolkowski (Poland)
Sebastian Giumelli (Argentina)
Michael Mossin (Russia)
Ralph Eckert (Germany)

All of the above players also competed in the World Artistic Pool Championships in Kiev this past June. I don't have the complete list of players for the US Open. I do know that we have about 20 or 21 confirmed entries out of the 24 limit.

If anyone would like more information, please let me know.

Andy

Is George Middleditch going to be competing? Just curious if anyone knows that. Thanks.

Chris: gfy?

Hi Larry, this is Chris. I don't give you a hard time, so if you are calling me out, you are biting off just a little more than you can chew. I will not put up with this crap that you dish out to other people. P.S. I do think that you are full of it and full of yourself. Laura used to be a strong supporter of yours but you ran off your only fan. CONGRATS FAST ONE!

Independent opinion here. Larry could be telling the truth about the age at which he started playing. I give you the "KID" Mosconi.

You want my age, go into my bio, its there, [/B]
Out of curiousity I checked Fast Larry's profile - shows his birthday as March 20, 1903. You gotta hand it to a man who's over 100 yrs. old and can type as much and as well as he can.

Mr. Guninger...

Mr. "Fast" Larry Guninger,

I am not yappingwolf. For the last time, I am not any other poster other than "rackmup."

Believe what you will, lie about what you will, claim any record you wish to claim but at least get this right:

I do not fear you, therefore, I do not need to hide behind another screen name. I am not impressed by you, therefore, I do not need to bow to you. I do not believe approximately 75% of what you say, therefore, if I wish to call "A spade a spade", I will do it under my own screen name and signed with my real name, just as I have consistently done for over two years now on this board, playpool.com and at the CCB.

I made a bet with another poster on this board that I would ignore your posts and you for a week (which ended yesterday) and that in spite of that, you would continue to ramble on about me and your conspiracy theory.

Looks like I win that bet.

Regards,

Ken

You know, I'm in no position to have an opinion about all this crap since I'm not going to the effort of researching it. I will say, though, based on my experience moderating a forum large enough to swallow the entire billiards community without a burp, that the only people I see making asses of themselves here are the ones who are attacking Larry. Count your blessings. If you all were part of any kind of significant online community, you'd have provoked the banning of entire subnets.

Each and every one of you involved in this are behaving like children, regardless of your command of English syntax. Do you actually expect me, as a generic visitor to AZ Billliards, to place much faith in what any of you post in the future? Or even waste my valuable time coming here, only to read childish spats between grown adults who seem to think that rules of common courtesy are suspended at the keyboard?

Maybe you should just stick to your sticks.

Ken,

I was never sure who the wolves really were and I gave up trying to figure it out. But I will say this. These last two posts of yours are sure typical of yappingwolf behavior.:(

Like your opinion really matters to me.

You and your mentor need to get a life.
